Concentrated Know-How for Rail Vehicle Coatings in Europe

KANSAI HELIOS offers the complete product range for all applications in the rail vehicle segment. Our coating systems provide high corrosion protection for trains as well as graffiti protection, protection against colour changes and other damage – permanently. They are VOC compliant, easy to repair and fast drying. In addition, our rail vehicle coatings meet all requirements for the fire behavior of rail vehicle materials and components in accordance with DIN EN45545.

Energy-Saving Coatings for a Modern Look

Thanks to their short drying times and possible air drying at 20 °C, our high-solids railway coatings are the optimum energy-saving alternative. In addition, our high-solids and high-solids polyurethane primers provide the basis for a wide range of surface designs and effect coatings. Metallic coatings for rail vehicles are our specialty. They can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces and are available as basecoat or clearcoat systems.
